The newly formed AGBU Young Professionals of Madrid held its inaugural event on February 6th in the heart of the Spanish capital. The after-work event took place at “Aire de Serrano”, one of the city’s trendy cocktail bar, gathering nearly 40 young Armenian professionals.
In their speeches, Chairman Diran Guiliguian and Vice Chairman Hayk Ghazaryan announced the objectives of the AGBU YP group and its plan for the future. They mentioned that upcoming activities will include after-work events, public speaking trainings and possible tours of Madrid for AGBU members living outside of the city.
Guests attending the event were pleased by the AGBU initiative to create a networking platform for young Armenian professionals and are looking forward to take part in future events that will bring them together in Madrid.
