In the framework of the opening of an exhibition on the 1915 genocide of the Armenians, the Assyrians and the Pontic Greeks, AGBU Europe will present a new tool on genocide education for french-speaking teachers and high school students in Belgium.

The educational package includes a study guide related to the film “The Promise” by Terry George (2016) as well as short online videos covering various aspects of the 1915 genocide and the historical link between Belgium and Armenians.

The project, conducted in partnership with the Centre Socio-Culturel Arménien de Belgique and the Centre Communautaire Laïc Juif David Susskind, is supported by the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles.
