Date:14 March 2015 - 17 March 2015
Time:

Between 14 and 17th of March Nora Radoslavova participated in the Roma Genocide Remembrance Initiative organized by TernYpe (International Roma Youth Network), as representative of YP Plovdiv among over 30 youth with Roma and non Roma origin. The initiative’s main role was to advocate for the recognition of Roma Genocide as well as to present conclusions about Roma Genocide recognition to The European parliament, European Commission and international stakeholders. One of the most important points was the meeting with the MEPs, where the young participant placed their questions. The seminar was a definite way for enlarging Roma Genocide popularity among other organizations such as AGBU and EUJS (European Union of Jewish Students).

“In the year of 100th anniversary of Armenian Genocide and 70th anniversary of Roma Genocide, it is kind of natural to admit the Genocide was a common destiny among Armenians, Roma and a Jewish” says the Nora Radoslavova.
